7-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of confirmed delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in their original condition
• Include all original packaging, certificates, accessories, and documentation
• Show no signs of damage, modification, or misuse

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Made-to-order products
• Special-order items
• Items that have been modified or altered at the customer’s request
• Items returned outside the 7-day return window

Products marked as “Made to Order” may require additional processing time and are considered final sale once production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

To help us process claims efficiently, please include:

• Clear photos of the item received
• Photos of the packaging and shipping box
• A brief explanation of the issue

Items reported as damaged or incorrect must remain unused and in the same condition they were received while the claim is being reviewed.

All moissanite products are hand-crafted and individually set, which may result in minor variations that do not affect quality, performance, or appearance.

We also recommend proper care and handling of all jewelry and accessories to preserve their appearance and longevity over time.

For hygiene, security, and product integrity reasons, WallaceJewlz reserves the right to deny return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
